4. User Registration and Accounts

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website or in quotations before accepting your booking.

5.3 Changes to Booked Services

If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as detailed in our cancellation policy.

5.4 Additional Work

If our engineers discover that additional work is required beyond the scope of the original booking, they will inform you and provide a quotation for the additional work. No additional work will be carried out without your consent.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash (for in-person services only). Payment details will be provided with your service confirmation.

6.2 Payment Timing

For standard services, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion.

6.3 Late Payment

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month, calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This guarantee covers faults arising from poor workmanship but does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations made by third parties.

7.2 Materials and Equipment

Materials and equipment supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in making any warranty claims for defective materials or equipment.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, or use.
